EXPLAINER: Vibecamp Venue - Cabins & Event Spaces
Guide on Vibecamp venue indoor & outdoor spaces + cabins
This post is meant to help you:
- figure out where to host your event
- get an idea of which places might be good to camp at
- choose locations to host your activities at
- or just to familiarize yourself with the site layout!
The property itself is ~200 acres, but most of that is forest. The structures are clustered in one area and easily traversable by walking in a loop. Have fun, explore, and let us know what we can do to improve this guide. Site address: 2564 Silver Rd, Darlington MD 21034.
NOTE: this page is under construction! We will add photos of the areas we're missing after this next event. If you have edits/tips/suggestions, please send them to brooke@vibe.camp.
Site Map

Use this map to get your bearings — buildings, cabins, and key spots are labeled in the legend. To view those pins in google maps (placed on a walk through in 2023), click here. We also have a folder filled with a bunch more photos from 2023 that you can check out here (heads up: many of the photos were taken in winter, making the site look much more dreary than it does during the summer when Vibecamp takes place!)
If you're curious why there aren't many photos with people in them, [check back soon for a link to our media/privacy policy]
Activity Spaces
This section will be built out over time - it's meant to help attendees pick out locations for their activities! We're missing pictures from some of the areas, but tried to align with the options that appear in my.vibe.camp. Check out this post for some tips on hosting activities at Vibecamp:

CAMPING ETC
You're welcome to set up your tent anywhere on the site, with the exception of the White House lawn, the parking lot and the Far Field. RVs may park in the paved lot in front of the Big Top, but there are no hookups. If you're sleeping in your car, we recommend parking along the tree line in the back of the lot.
We’ll be expanding this guide over time. Send feedback and edit suggestions to brooke@vibe.camp. Thanks for your patience!
A cosplay category makes it easier to compare characters, costume styles and visual themes from the same work. The final choice should reflect the intended character and event context. For event or photo planning, Demon Slayer cosplay costumes(鬼滅の刃 コスプレ衣装) keeps the selection connected to the intended series. It also helps separate series-level browsing from a specific item decision. The final decision can balance visual accuracy with practical event or photography needs. Preparation remains more manageable when the intended use is defined early.
